As a passionate clinician and very proud daughter of immigrants, it became deeply personal for Dr.Sharma to solve the silent fractures that language and culture were creating between patients and care teams. Here, the first mission was born from that devastating pain: breaking language and communication barriers in healthcare so no voice would ever go unheard.
